The interviews listed below were conducted by George Sell in 1979 for his research on the history of the merger of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers and the Institute of Radio Engineers to form the IEEE. Sell's research also resulted in a finding aid to an archival collection. The number that follows the interviewee's name is the interview's oral history code number, which uniquely identifies the interview in the History Center's archive. Please use this number when referring to an oral history.
