Education Standards



The IEEE recommends that section volunteers planning Teacher In-Service workshops become familiar with the educational standards for science, technology, and mathematics that pre-university educators must follow.

For the IEEE-developed lesson plans, EAB has chosen to align the learning objectives and activities with the science, technology, and mathematics standards as developed and/or adopted by:
• the American Association for the Advancement of Science
• the National Science Teachers Association
• the International Technology Education Association
• the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics
